Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
Returned saddles must be clean, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and accessories. Short trial rides are accepted, but products showing damage, heavy wear, or improper use may not be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at support@velosaddles.eu before sending your return so we can confirm the correct return address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalised items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.
If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific shipping fee will depend on the courier selected by the customer.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
No restocking fee will be charged for eligible product returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. The refund may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often additional processing time before a refund appears on your account.
